CCSI Case Coordination is a for-profit social services organization serving older adult and disabled adult populations in McLean, Livingston, DeWitt, and Shelby Counties in IL. We operate through Older American’s Act, IL Department on Aging, East Central Area Agency on Aging grants and CCSI funds.
