We provide binders and gaffs at no cost to trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming people across Central Illinois. 

We can also offer assistance and connections to agencies that assist with legal name and/or other identity-related changes.

What We Offer

We maintain an existing inventory and are happy to order new items by request. Everything is provided completely free of charge with no need for a referral or proof.

Binders help to smooth out the appearance of the chest through gentle compression. They come in a variety of styles to suit different needs and body types.

Gaffs maintain compression during tucking. They are cut similar to other bottom undergarments and available in various styles including boyshorts, hipsters, and thongs.

Wearing compression garments safely

Both binders and gaffs use compression to achieve their results. Wearing compression clothing that is too restrictive for several hours each day can cause health problems. We request that you please know your measurements before requesting an item, and follow the safety guidelines outlined here.
